gluten free food has come so far in the last 15 years, you have no idea.
bc of my allergies i can’t eat a lot of stuff from the before dx times. i have noticed most things available initially after are infinitely better now as are almost all the newer options.
fresh foods taste better too, but more flavorful varieties & better storage & prep methods are more common now.

the YWCA always had to BEG for things for teen boys esp. they were too often victims of homelessness and/or family violence and OFTEN we had multiple 13-17yo boys in our shelter for “women and children”
I post this every year but now that holiday ads are out I’ll say it again: teenagers are often forgotten in Toys For Tots drives. These hygiene and beauty kits go on sale every holiday and make fantastic donations to toy drives. Sports equipment is great too!
