Brooklynite, programmer, yearner for safer streets.
Proud to be part of the Fortell team building a new AI-powered hearing aid, and to be working on a mission that improves people's hearing, and their lives. Our first clinic is now open in NYC and we've been featured in Wired today!
A secret is percolating at dinner parties, salons, and cocktail gatherings among the august New York City elite. It’s whispered in the circles of financial masters of the universe, Hollywood stars, and owners of sports teams. Have you heard about Fortell? www.wired.com/story/hearin...
Want This Hearing Aid? Well, Who Do You Know?
AI-powered startup Fortell has become a secret handshake for the privileged hearing-impaired crowd who swear by the product. Now, it wants to be in your ears.

Excited for a two-way bike lane on Grand St. It'd be more useful if it didn't close for 2.5 weeks every fall for the San Gennaro street fair (currently in effect, hence my grumpy reaction to a generally solid plan).

I mean, I thought they fled when de Blasio was elected and then again in covid and then when BLM "burned the city to the ground." Also when AOC blocked Amazon's HQ. And from the UWS when migrants were housed in that hotel.

Five years ago today, George Floyd was murdered by a white police officer after being suspected of using a counterfeit twenty-dollar bill.

Meanwhile, in present day, a convicted felon holds the highest political office in the land.

I wanna say something to people who work in tech-related jobs in America: this is still a field where most people hate the rise of fascism and want to stop it. I know the media & amplification of the tycoons makes it seem like that’s the whole industry. But it’s not. And we still have power.

And from the Brooklyn Bridge to the Pulaski, ridership is also showing strong year-over-year growth.

Whether for commuting, running errands, or simply exploring, biking gives people the power to move with flexibility, independence, and a sense of ownership over our streets.

Today’s the official release date for the paperback edition of Starter Villain. This book’s done ridiculously well, as evidenced by the fact I’m doing a book tour for the paperback release, and I’m really proud of how this novel has made its way in the world. Here’s to cats, dolphins and villainy!
