I am moderately obsessed with Old School Sesame Street for the same reason.
So much of the older stuff is about presenting a vision of diverse urban community that is deeply rooted in relationship, resourcefulness, and mutual care.

I love this typeface, but can’t quite identify it. I wonder if the compositor who carefully mitered the border corners to line up with the pattern in the border was pissed at the printer who f%#&ed up the lockup.

To be clear: Even greater damage will be done by the loss of federal government productivity. The workers who are losing their jobs were worth more than they were being paid! We are all poorer when roads, planes, and food are unsafe, when parks are closed, etc.
