Baby Juan Nicolás is now in México with his family.

The baby will receive medical treatment in México, and then the family will try to head to Guatemala, where Juan Nicolás' father is from.

Mohsen was first detained 10 months ago, when agents ambushed him at a citizenship interview.

➡️ Impose a 50% tax on all private detention profiteers and redirect all proceeds into a new "Immigrant Protection Fund."
➡️ Ensure ICE agents who violate civil rights can't become state employees.
