I just published a new Luigi Mangione document the press is withholding, an NYPD intel report warning of “disdain for corporate greed" and the "online reactions to the shooting"

The federal charges against Mangione, which could result in death, underscore capital punishment’s arbitrariness. The death penalty has never been about just punishment, it’s about politics, posturing, & power.

The problem with this article is that the media hasn't been very empathetic here. This isn't a case of "white man kills family" and the photo is him jet skiing. The media has actually been trying pretty hard to shame everyone who is being empathetic to him.
The empathy is coming from social media.

I received an email explaining that I’ve been designated “persona non grata” and banned from several buildings on campus.

hahahaha, we use murder every day to resolve our differences, we just call it preemptive self-defense and generally do it to poor people and people of color living in other countries. What a joke.

What this broke-ass culture never teaches you, and traditional knowledge DOES, is that inna properly run community, nobody's gotta lose just so you can win
