@amaranthalleypantry. It's a totenkopf, a skull used by the Nazi SS in WWII. They used it to cover a poster that reads "Migrants Welcome."

It was discovered this morning on the corner of Evergreen & Del Paso Blvd in Old North Sac, while volunteers assisted unhoused neighbors outside the pantry.
After a thorough search, this was the only flyer that was left. It was soaked and came off all in one piece, so it
