Since bluesky opened up, the biggest difference in my personal experience is a 1000% rise in the number of:
A) "lol I triggered you, living rent free in your head, it's good that I'm hated" accounts
B) "I like pancakes" "how dare you say you hate waffles?" conversations

There's nothing magic about people who can write or draw or play music or do anything creative. They worked their asses off to learn how to do it and then worked their asses off practicing it. Usually while people told them it was stupid to learn how to do it.
