This is really remarkable when you think about it.
This allows Trump (via DOJ) to use taxpayer money to bribe eight GOP Senators. It's that simple, there's no other way to describe it.
And where's the compensation for people injured by the Trump admin's unlawful conduct through DHS & DOGE?
Take a bow, @schumer.senate.gov, you did this.

it is darkly humorous that after all these years, the Republican health insurance plan ends up being to end health insurance
Trump: "I am recommending to Senate Republicans that the Hundreds of Billions of Dollars currently being sent to money sucking Insurance Companies in order to save the bad Healthcare provided by ObamaCare, BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN PURCHASE THEIR OWN, MUCH BETTER, HEALTHCARE."

Essential reading. Donald Trump dispatches as his ambassador to Copenhagen a man who has been established by Danish intelligence to be deeply engaged in secret plans financed privately by Peter Thiel for an American invasion and occupation of Greenland, writes Danish intel analyst Jacob Kaarsbo.

This seems like a practice that will lead to failures to maintain government records.
DHS confirmed it has stopped automatically storing officials' text messages.
Instead, officials are supposed to take a screenshot, send that to their work email, download it onto their work computer and run a text-recognition program on it. Every time.

Listening to oral arguments in the tariff case makes something clear. The Administration has a combination of a bad argument and a bad advocate. It will be a miracle if Trump wins this. But, never count Trump out at SCOTUS.

It’s fun thinking about how police would react if someone walked into the station claiming they’d been assaulted because someone threw a sandwich at their chest, and about how other cops think about this one acting like an assault victim because of a sandwich impact right on his bullet proof vest.
Border Patrol agent Lairmore testifies that he was not injured by the sandwich, but he felt the impact through his ballistic vest.
The sandwich came apart and "kind of exploded" on his chest upon impact, he says.

The history Supreme Court decisions is littered with premises that rest on false representations of the facts. And, one thing that history teaches us is that the justices just don't care. They make up a world and then devise legal rules that work in that world. There is no chance they revisit this.
