So let's be clear and honest on the scope and scale of what has to be done here. This cannot only be about cracking down on a few porn apps; this has to be a large scale effort to bring the tech industry to heel. And I'm not sure advocacy groups have really internalised that

There's a good faith and bad faith interpretation of the Minister's removal of targets. The bad faith interpretation is that the government have cynically removed targets so we lack a metric by which to judge their failures. The good faith interpretation is that the minister is just incompetent.
