Trump on his multiple suits against the federal government: "I'm supposed to work out a settlement with myself ... We could make it a substantial amount, nobody would care, because it's gonna go to numerous, very good charities."

This Epstein drop is HUGE and utterly disgusting. I don’t see how this man is allowed to remain in office. Where are the evangelical leaders, the soccer moms, the folks stocking up on eggs, the farmers, the small business owners.

Decide. Who are you?

Very important vote. It makes repealing ICE surge funding the mainstream position in the party, with bipartisan support.
👀 Every Senate Democrat + Collins and Murkowski just voted for the Bernie Sanders amendment to repeal the $75 billion in additional ICE funding under Trump’s “big beautiful bill.” The measure failed 49-51.

Correct. The architect is Stephen Miller.

The influence and style is white supremacist and neo-Nazi.

The end goal is fascism.
Bovino is just the patsy - a noxious and odious fall guy. Stephen Miller is the architect and prime mover of the whole thing. Everything they do is at his direction - often after his threats. As long as he runs policy in the WH, nothing will change no matter how many Bovinos come and go.

The more I think about it, the more I’m convinced the Democrats have to push their hand immediately. The parallels with the delays and subsequent failures after January 6th are blaring warning signs about what will happen if they don’t go after the issues with ICE and CBP at the root RIGHT NOW.

This is not about Bovino or Noem. They need to go.

This is about Stephen Miller - he has been masterminding and leading Trump's immigration regime of terror. Until Miller is gone from the White House, nothing will change.

As long as Miller is there - he will run the show as the de facto POTUS.

Lots of scrambling today by the terrible regime.

I want to argue that our goal should be to get Miller removed, that has to be the focus. Noem, Bovino, etc are all just middle managers. The architect of the terror regime is Miller.

In my a new post I talk about how JD Vance and Stephen Miller have been responsible for the two biggest political disasters of Trump's second term so far - Greenland and Minnesota. Their "rules no longer apply to us" project is taking a huge, deserved hit.

Perfectly stated by President @billclinton.bsky.social.

"If we give our freedoms away after 250 years, we might never get them back.

"It is up to all of us who believe in the promise of American democracy to stand up, speak out, and show that our nation still belongs to We the People."
BILL CLINTON: "Over the course of a lifetime, we face only a few moments where the decisions we make and the actions we take will shape our history for years to come. This is one of them. If we give our freedoms away after 250 years, we might never get them back."

Nonviolence is, in fact, working. This administration is weaker than it was a year ago. More and more of the public is becoming galvanized against it; its agents are being impeded.
Do you honestly think people in the civil rights movement and other nonviolent movements faced no violence themselves? They practiced nonviolence because it works, because the oppressor wants a shooting war, which is the war it will win
How's your non-violent working Mr Gandhi stancil? They will kill each and everyone of you right if they had the chance and you will still be writing Kumbaya.

Bill Kristol sees this shit clearly. I don't know how so many elected Democrats don't.
Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.
