Recently saw anticholinergic toxicity in the ED. Physostigmine wasn’t available, so we used rivastigmine (6 mg caps & 13.3 mg patches) to reverse anticholinergic delirium/toxidrome—and it worked! #medsky #EMSky #Pharmsky #SkyRx
