Guys no billionaire is "leaving California," they're at best gonna leave California for exactly 185 days a year and domicile at some mansion resort in Utah or Montana or USVI but still be in California a lot (but also this will be too big of a hassle for many and they'll just pay the tax)

The "litter box" thing started bc some right-wing jackass filmed a collection of cat litter bags at a school. Cat litter is part of most school emergency supplies to clean up blood and body fluids and we mostly need it because these same right wingers insist on having guns everywhere.

I think most people who have a a modern and liberal sensibility would agree that this kind of racial citizenship is bad and antithetical to the values we should hold dear. Of course the problem is that many people do not possess anything like this sensibility, or worse, they have exceptions.
