Still living this life after almost 8 months. A professional I know who works almost exclusively with trans people said almost all of them are unemployed.

This is a great list. I would add explicite protections for marginalized populations, including explicite protection for trans people, either via law or Constitutional Amendment
When Ds are back in charge, they have to change everything. No moderate half-measures. Just relentless razing of the corrupt institutions that enriched the worst people in the world and propped up fascism.
