Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for, we are the change that we seek. Barack Obama. Just posting what I'm reading and observing.

This is a strange way of saying “we’re complying with court orders now that we failed to get #SCOTUS to stay them.”
Trump announces he’s pulling the National Guard from Portland, LA, and Chicago but threatens that “We will come back, perhaps in a much different and stronger form, when crime begins to soar again - Only a question of time!”

Question: But the president’s statements that he believed the election was rife with fraud—those are statements protected by the First Amendment, correct?

Smith: Absolutely not. If they are made to target a lawful government function and are made with knowing falsity, then no, they are not.

They are not planning to give up power. Any future elections we need to insure they are honest and there will be a transfer of power. Otherwise, it will be like other dictatorships, worthless elections where the leader is assured to win. Somehow main stream media/new papers needs to address this.
Trump on the ballroom: "It's bigger than I told you. It's, you know -- after realizing we're gonna do the inauguration in that building, it's got all bulletproof glass, it's got all drone, they call it drone-free roof. It's dronessss -- won't touch it. It's a big beautiful safe building."

Donald Trump admires Vladimir Putin because he wants to turn America into a Russia-style mafia state.

And the GOP wants to help him.
Heads up that this is authorization for Trump to create his own version of the Wagner Group. Which would bring the number of “armies” at his disposal to four:

*regular armed forces (most regulated)
*ICE (minimally regulated)
*private mercenaries (?)
*MAGA thugs/militias (rogue)

All pardonable
