oh I JUST realized that if you save an AO3 fic as a draft and then you post it, it's backdated to the date you first uploaded the draft, so it gets buried in the results unless you change the date. lesson learned!
on the one hand, no one's reading my fic. on the other hand, I have 5 kudos to 26 hits, so the people who did read it at least liked it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It tells cis girls that they have to be afraid of their trans friends and they have to be afraid of boys and they will always need someone bigger and stronger to protect them. Denting girls' confidence like that is an easy way to make them more vulnerable to actual victimisation.
