Electrical and insulation are in. Drywall starts tomorrow. They still have to run the electrical to the actual studio but all the sockets, switches, and junction boxes are in place. Getting there!

By happenstance, I happen to be in California on June 7 for the opening of 'Lovers + Fighters' exhibit at @thinkspace-art.bsky.social in Los Angeles.
I was able to meet him and later purchase “We Found A Way” original art as well.

Electrical work starts tomorrow. Just getting some basics in place. Will go in full force after Christmas. Looking forward to getting my new studio all finished and getting moved in. Got all my tools out into the shed and a bench set up this weekend. It’s getting there, slowly but surely.

I’ll be honest that the first couple episodes of Heated Rivalry didn’t do much for me. Felt immature and pretty toxic in how they treated each other but these last few episodes got much better. This latest episode 5 was really beautifully done with some very touching moments.

The structure and exterior of both the new art studio and shed are complete. Hopefully interior work on the studio will start in the next few weeks. Really kicking off at the beginning of January and getting it all finished. Excited to get it finished and get moved in!

Added a handful of new charity prints to my shop. 100% of the proceeds are split between CasaQ and Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico.
