Ha, well my current commute is only 5 blocks from my house. Ha, so can’t complain. But now I’ll be able to just work in my pajamas. Ha.

I think so too. I’ll just miss have a public facing space where people can come visit. I’ll get over that though. It’ll be nice to just walk into the backyard to work though!

For sure. I can write off most of the construction costs alone because it’s for my business. I already write off a percentage of my home studio but it being a separate building gives me more leeway.
