I doubt it could go anywhere but some of these states should sue Musk in court for this. His actions were illegal, as recognized by our own courts.

I think crime show tv writers and true crime Podcasters should have a think about how they've equated "due process" with "horrible guilty criminal gets off on a technicality" for decades
Again I cannot emphasize how little sense this makes. The process is literally how you figure out who is a citizen or a legal resident!
This is a shockingly mistaken understanding of due process by Stephen Miller. It is likely this misunderstanding that is informing the President’s misunderstanding.

There’s a bunch of people yelling at this guy because people are still using master bedroom but who gives a shit? Realtors change things all the time. They invent neighborhoods out of nowhere to make them seem trendy. He’s getting mad at no longer being advertised to, the lowest form of being mad.
But for the “ordinary people with normal jobs” camp, the language absolutely changed and you had no say in it. You can check Zillow and Redfin right now- they do not have “master bedroom” anymore. Every homeowner had to update their language.

Yeah it’s hard for Dems to scapegoat Schumer when 9 others joined him, and more importantly when he is the leadership they’ve chosen multiple times. It reflects on all of them.
If Senate Dems really wanted to replace Schumer they could but I suspect his aversion to confrontation reflects the actual prevailing sentiment in the rest of the caucus, they don't want something different
