Triangle (2009) is a dope little horror film, and you should go into it as cold as possible. Don't read the synopsis, just watch it. For those squeamish about horror, it's extremely mild on gore/jump scares, you'll be fine. A film that rewards paying attention.

Tell 'em.
Ro Khanna, who has called for Chuck Schumer to be replaced, says the only reason other Democrats aren't calling for it is because it would "offend a lot of donors."

"Are we gonna be beholden to the donors that have gotten us two terms of Donald Trump, or are we gonna listen to people?"

I don't really understand all the "Bluesky is no longer good" people.

Social media is never going to be a utopia, but this is tolerable and we can keep bullying the mods to make it better. In the meantime, just mute or block people who don't make you happy. It actually works here!

Things are going great.
BREAKING -- Another pro-sports gambling bust.

Two MLB pitchers, Emmanuel Clase and Luis Ortiz of the Cleveland Guardians, are charged in Brooklyn Federal Court with taking bribes to rig their pitches so co-conspirators can make prop bets.

Full story coming soon.

I love that the Boston cop slide never got fixed and now people just willingly go down it in tribute. It’s basically a national landmark at this point

Great article by Christian explaining Project B and the various issues with it (although it's getting harder and harder to hold the higher ground on "hey, this government tramples on human rights!") but it does speak to how much WNBA athletes will back up their activism in the face of fat checks.
This week in Swish Happens Here, presented by @fearlesssc.com:

A full breakdown on Nneka Ogwumike’s announcement with Project B, the WNBPA, and how Saudi Arabia aims to use WNBA stars to pinkwash its image ⬇️

This is something we discuss all the time on the pod. The WNBA is still in the possession-optimization phase and the level of coaching and strategy has reached a point where you can hardly play non-shooters any more. It carries too much of an offensive malus.
don't think I posted this here. Basically explaining why I'm starting with noob-level stat analyses, where I think the WNBA might be and where the WNBA might be going.

How will the league's skill-ball revolution clash with both past and present NBA orthodoxy?

See, that was the problem with all the previous coaches, none of them said they were gonna win.
A big week for new coaches in the WNBA: Jose Fernandez was introduced earlier today in Dallas, where he said, "This won't be the same old Dallas Wings, my brother," paraphrasing his late colleague at USF, Amir Abdur-Rahim. "Change is coming, and we're gonna win."
