There's a good reason why procedure says the GJ has to approve a clean indictment containing no counts that were not agreed upon. Halligan could have changed anything in any count after most of the GJ left. It's absolutely disbarment material.

One of the "OTHER" things would be if evidence emerges that Halligan misled the grand jury, n'est-ce pas? It's being reported that the DOJ is appealing to keep the defence attorneys from accessing grand jury transcripts.

In the realm of bad lawyers that is the Trump DOJ, Halligan might be the worst, and maybe the worst lawyer ever. www.politico.com/news/2025/11...

no indictment existed. kinda expected bcz thugs in the WH will do any fraud, but still shocking. Literally, it was all made up by Halligan and the foreman. same thing as an "active" investigation with Epstein files. the issue is when Bondi can be removed.

Halligan just forfeited her law license today as she admitted in Court that the grand jury never saw the version of the Comey indictment that she signed and delivered to a sitting judge. Wow!

This is the hardest I have seen any member of Congress work to try and address transphobia in Congress, and her ability to get nearly all Democratic lawmakers to sign onto this letter is something any first would applaud

Rep. Nancy Mace's "tra**y, tra**y, tra**y!" tirade is just one example.

I mean, look, I'm not a reporter, so who am I to talk?

But on a day where the president both just called a woman reporter "Piggy" and is celebrating someone who had people bone saw apart one of my colleagues, I might just be a little ready to defend my colleagues and profession.

But that's just me

Trump didn’t need a discharge petition to release the MLK Jr., JFK, or Earhart files.

So why are the Epstein files the one set he refuses to touch?
