Let me give some insight on this, as a producer in the dub industry who worked with major streamers, who's witnessed first-hand where this push for AI is coming from.

Yeah. It's very easy to dismiss AI narration for Genshin tutorials with "oh well at least it's not a character" but work is work. That's the issue.
Voice acting is already a shallow pool. Draining it further hurts everyone.

Two years ago they probably would've got Yuri Lowenthal to narrate this. Now it's just a job that could've gone to a VO artist, but didn't! It's degrading the quality for the fans, and disrespecting the work of voice actors

They told me they're getting a lot of complaints about this when I called, tried to push me to do an e-mail. Politely told them I would prefer to leave my complaint by phone and they took it. Easy. If you're calling Visa, hit 0 and lead by saying you'd like to file a complaint.
