I sent #Disney a fan letter about #Zootopia last month, and I actually ended up getting a response and sticker! Very touching, as I wasn't expecting one (I'm in Australia, and didn't provide an envelope or that). I think the little Olaf is hand-drawn, too! Thought I'd share this 'magical moment'. :3
