You know what? Ask for consistency. Flag every video they have where someone calls someone else 'baby'. Every video where it doesn't open with the actors expressing consent, because how could we otherwise know it WAS consensual? Wanna play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

We have plenty of other VTM games; Bloodlines 2 could just as easily have called itself a sequel to Redemption with as much credibility. Few things tie this game in narratively, or gameplay wise, to Bloodlines. They used the name for a reason when they had many outs not to (eg. prototype scrap).

People are looking forward to GTA 6 on the understanding it'll iterate and build upon what they saw in GTA 5. If it were a more closed experience like, say, LA Noire, that *would* annoy people.

And I disagree with that. Sequels have expectations, and that's why companies a) make barely related properties using that signifier b) alter artworks in progress to be 'sequels' to things, in order to cash in on the name recognition.

I'd agree more with this sentiment if it wasn't called 'Bloodlines 2'. That name has expectations; this IS a decent VTM game, but it shouldn't have been called Bloodlines, and slapping that name on it's going to stain how people perceive it forever.

Ok, this is actually not a hard issue to solve. As others have pointed out, the canon's been reset before; we saw Daniel Craig *get* 00 status, and clearly, the events of Casino Royale didn't occur twice, so...you either reset the canon again, or 'survived and needed reconstructive surgery'. Done.

I really hope everyone in the food industry who has crossed that line knows it's not an event horizon, and you can step back. Refocus on what you used to love. You do *not* need to adhere to the pressure of weirdos and the opinions of a tire company whose guide was made to encourage driving. <3
