This summer, Russia banned online searches for "extremist" information. Federal agents have now demonstrated that they can act against overcurious Internet users within a matter of hours. meduza.io/en/feature/2...

Just got through to a REAL person by calling Gillibrand, which NEVER happens lol. Super easy and quick. Give your senators a call about these nasty bills, most of which aim to allow Trump to censor his critics online and silence LGBTQIA voices.
So what can you do? 🤔
1. Continue pressuring your lawmakers, let them know how unpopular and dangerous censorship and surveillance bills are.
2. Spread the word! Many people have no idea the internet they know and love is under threat.
