Measles is not trending on Bluesky. But it's quickly spreading in the US. Likely way more cases than the 600+ the CDC reported last Friday. Why do I think that? Well, measles kills on average 1 per 1000. We've seen 3 deaths. It is highly likely that we're undercounting this tightly knit community.

Snowden discussed the enormous potential for turn key tyranny w/ his leaks in 2013. I’ve always been hyper vigilant about everything, but I wonder if those that thought it ok to trust government to spy on citizens in 2013 when Obama was POTUS still feel the same way now.
