The way that a lot of vocabulary memorization works in my brain is basically just "first letter" + "general concept".
which means that, like, having "Fighter", "Frigate", and "Freighter" all viable words to represent different types of spaceships in this game, means i will never get it right.

I have been out of the FPS scene for a long time now but it is insane to me that they've added an XP grind to them, and treat "Get bonus XP" as a valid advertisement route to sell copies.

3 years ago today, Riot Games offered me a job making more money than I ever thought I’d make in my life. I had 19 interviews over 2.5 months to get it. Partner and I were moving to LA for it. I put in notice at my job and apartment.
2 weeks later they rescinded the offer due to “headcount issues”.
