Rob Harris suggesting Wells going to NY for the United Nations General Assembly is akin to "Bronwyn Bishop’s helicopter. Sussan Ley’s impulse property buy. George Christensen’s Philippines holidays" shows just what a clownshow of a media outlet Nine news has become.

With her eye-watering flight costs, Wells has handed her critics the perfect weapon
It’s the simple scandals – the ones voters can explain to each other in a supermarket queue – that bring ministers undone.

The malicious lie
Ever wondered why Govt calls the US subs that’ll operate out of HMAS Stirling a ROTATIONAL FORCE? It’s because from 2034 they’ll likely carry nuclear cruise missiles, and if they were STATIONED here, we’d be in breach of our Treaty of Rarotonga obligations 1/2 #AUKUS #FOI #auspol

For me, Barnaby will be forever remembered as the bloke who couldn’t hold his drink, keep his pants on, or accept the science that spelled disaster for the people he swore to serve in the dust-choked margins of rural Australia.
Burqa with the works.
Not to borrow from our accursed American cousins, but I’m going to miss Barnaby Joyce when he’s gone, so I’d like to give thanks, while he’s still with us, for all the years of entertainment he’s prov...

How ludicrous for Labor to cut $5 billion in public services during a cost of living crisis. Every six months the government pays around $5b in Fuel Tax Credits to mining corporations to burn fossil fuels. If Labor is going to cut spending, cut handouts to fossil fuel barons.

I’ll be honest, I’m not finding this constant stream of “we have unfortunately misled you” by the NACC very reassuring
Defence inspector inadvertently omitted 10 consultations with NACC chief
A previous disclosure that the head of the federal corruption watchdog had been consulted 11 times has been corrected to 21.

Maybe the web of life getting some holes in it is bad after all.
As dozens of frog species have declined across Central America, scientists have witnessed a remarkable chain of events: With fewer tadpoles to eat mosquito larvae, rates of mosquito-borne malaria in the region have climbed, resulting in a fivefold increase in cases. https://wapo.st/4paBuuT

No indication of how long for. Must be a devastating blow for fishermen approaching Xmas.
