Finally getting around to reading the End of Days series by @birmo.bsky.social, and finished Zero Day Code last night quite late but then started straight in on Fail State because I was so into it. So I’ve had fuck all sleep but I’ll be repeating the process tonight! Go read them!

Finally getting around to reading the End of Days series by @birmo.bsky.social, and finished Zero Day Code last night quite late but then started straight in on Fail State because I was so into it. So I’ve had fuck all sleep but I’ll be repeating the process tonight! Go read them!
Down at the coast for the weekend and came across this amazing bookstore. It’s fantastic. And it’s in Pacific Fair, of all places!

My problem with AI isn’t grifters it to flood to the market with shit. 90% of everything has always been shit. My problem is grifters flooding my email with their shitty marketing scams. I have half a dozen emails this morning offering tailored campaigns to improve the sales of particular books.

I remember my first driving lesson. Tony, my instructor, picked me up at four in the afternoon as a giant grey-green anvil of thunderheads piled up in the western sky. It was fine, thanks to Tony, who was an utter and degenerate rogue of a man.
