James Talarico: There are 2 billionaires in Texas, Tim Dunn and Farris Wilks, who basically run our state government.

Most Texans don't even know their names, but every GOP member of the state Senate has taken their money.

They use that influence to shift our state into a far-right direction.

Increase in productivity since 1979: 87%

Increase in hourly pay since 1979: 32%

Just so happens that ~25% of workers were unionized in 1979. Today? 10%.

As unions declined, the super-rich have taken a larger share of wealth generated by labor. We must build back union power.

A majority of Indiana Senate Republicans stood together to reject Trump’s mob-boss politics.

There is more power in standing up to a corrupt, unpopular administration rather than playing its game.

Law firms, universities, foundations, and media companies should take note.

NEW: Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser (D) says Colorado will not release Tina Peters after President Trump announced he is pardoning her state-level convictions.

"This is a lawless act. It's an act of intimidation," Weiser said. "It has no basis in the American law."

It's heartening the leadership firewall against any talk of impeachment is breaking down, because it's so delusionally out of touch with reality. Either you mean what you say about the current anti-constitutional crime spree or you don't, and if you do, impeachment is the unavoidable implication.
Yes, I'm taking the first step towards Noem's impeachment.

I demand a full investigation into Secretary Noem's unlawful actions and unethical behavior. The people will have accountability.

GLASHEEN: Antifa is our primary concern right now. That's the most immediate violent threat we're facing

BENNIE THOMPSON: Where is antifa headquartered?

GLASHEEN: ... ... ... we are building out the infrastructure right now

The killing of shipwrecked survivors at sea is a textbook violation of the laws of war.

If Hegseth is so proud of the killing of these survivors, the Pentagon should release the full video, just like they have with other boat strikes.

The American people deserve full transparency & accountability.

MORE Breaking on MS NOW: Pete Hegseth refused an interview request for the Pentagon Inspector General's investigation into Signalgate, according to two sources who read and were briefed on report.

Hegseth would not turn over his phone, a source who read the report told MS NOW.
Breaking on MS NOW: The Signalgate report contradicts Pete Hegseth's claims he did nothing wrong. It shows he "violated policy by using a non-approved device," a source who read the report says.

Hegseth failed to preserve records. The report says he put the operations and service people at risk.
