This is hard to phrase properly but I find it incredibly annoying when people complain about creative decisions, are then informed about why those decisions may be out of the creatives' hands or required for specific reasons, and choose to ignore that so they can just keep complaining.

Anyone else find it weird that, on top of everything else that seems sus, this IATSE Local 8/AEW stuff is suddenly happening immediately after AEW strapped up a wrestler who was a longtime IATSE member?

Think the funniest part of refusing to take losses in AEW is TK's booking style heavily favors getting over while losing lol. Almost all the top stars lost a lot at some point. There are exceptions but still

Wait.

Nick LoPiccolo, the agent for CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Liv Morgan, & other WWE wrestlers, is an admitted anti-AEW Twitter troll?

And he's been arguing in Dave Meltzer's replies for hours about how "nobody in Hollywood believes" that WBD is paying AEW $185 million/year?

What in the world?!?

It was rather funny to see how many fans saw Catalina for the first time and said "WWE gonna swoop in and get her."

They had her. They brought her to the main roster with no plan, fired her, and she had so sell all of her belongings within a month before her visa expired

People comparing the sale of ROH to the sale of AAA when they couldn't be more different. "What about"-ism of the highest order. Gonna talk about it here.

I have dealt with some of the absolute dumbest people today that think Dave, Mike and I report in unison. Which I'm sure that's what WWE would love.

If I speak to them more than four times in a year, it's a lot.

Big E (who's only ever worked for WWE) on Jey Uso: "I remember when we were broke doing this."

Didn't expect someone on the panel to admit that WWE has a long and storied history of not paying developmental and undercard wrestlers a living wage...

Honest to God, this isn't secret. We've suspected it for 3 yrs; SRS reported more recently that fired wrestlers were absolutely told to wait/not sign elsewhere. Literally what other reason would Levesque have for telling them that? Especially when he DID rehire them after Vince's first resignation.
Here's something nobody's been able to answer:

If Paul Levesque had no idea that Vince McMahon was doing anything worse than having yet another affair with a subordinate, why was he very obviously plotting a coup for months, telling "his people" who were fired to be patient/not sign anywhere else?

I’ll say this over here because people won’t take it in bad faith, but I never want to hear Tony Khan referred to as “mini Vince” ever again because he added injury time to a contract or people don’t like his booking ever again.

I told my step pop someone hit me. When he asked if I hit them back, I replied that fighting in school was not allowed.

That’s when he gave me this gem : When someone hits you, you’re already in a fight, you’re just losing.

It’s cool to want peace but sometimes you gotta fight for it.
Here’s what’s important here. Just because the other side wants a fight doesn’t mean you should avoid one. Sometimes you have to get out of your head, quit trying to be clever and cute and fucking fight.
