First, strategic uncertainty isn’t something you DO, it’s something you STRUGGLE AGAINST. You want to AVOID strategic uncertainty, not embrace it.

Personally very excited about the prospect that DoD will never acknowledge the damage done in the wake of this administration once they’re gone and never do anything to prevent such things from happening again in the future while carrying on as if everything was normal so as not to appear partisan
