If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.

it mattered a lot less to me that lynch was weird than that he was kind. the fact that here's a guy who wrestled with these deep philosophical and existential questions in his art and instead of being haughty or cynical his conclusion was that people are good, he wanted to be good.
