Coming over to our house would be dangerous. If he had my wife’s challah with sprinkles on it, he’d convert right then and there.
E.g., Robert’s speechwriter said that “Heritage’s attempts to address accusations of antisemitism would eventually mean he would be required to attend a Shabbat dinner, which he said would conflict with his faith.” Which, wtf?

It's getting harder to think of things that antisemites allege Jews do that aren't also things that Elon Musk and his tech bro friends actually do.

Border Patrol agent Lairmore testifies that he was not injured by the sandwich, but he felt the impact through his ballistic vest.
The sandwich came apart and "kind of exploded" on his chest upon impact, he says.

I'll be slightly nicer and say that this is the post of a mid-level Vichy official (not quite 'giving' the gravitas of a General Pétain); he's not yet a Quomo.
This isn't a closing election argument, it's Vidkun Quisling explaining why surrender is better than resistance.

I really don’t think this is a normal deployment of observers. It’d be good if the author or somebody else could offer a non-partisan rationale — a real one — regarding why election observers are being sent to these two states.
