There is video from the sidewalk prior to the ICE/CPB agents exiting their SUV. An agent, on foot, in the street yelled at the woman in the Honda to leave the scene. She was complying with that order but the street was icy and her vehicle was moving slowly. Then, the agents left their SUV in video 1
