Okay now I’m home and both kids are asleep in the car so whilst I’m sitting in the drive, let me try again:
There’s a meme going around that’s like “here’s ten authors I’ve read five or more books by” and I find it really interesting which authors people think of when they’re doing that
deleted a thread because sometimes I use a quote post as a jumping off point for a separate but related idea that I have, and everyone reading thinks it’s an attack on OP.

consider myself to be a progressive in most areas of life but unfortunately remain extremely reactionary when it comes to history documentaries, if they're not being narrated by an Englishman so posh it sounds like he has a speech impediment then I'm frankly not interested
