Not only is “Princess Awesome” an awesome case name for a lawsuit, but another named plaintiff is the company that publishes the superb board game Wingspan.

And hurrah for the cause itself, challenging Trump’s bogus claim of authority under IEEPA, a law that makes no mention of tariffs at all.

Jamey and Stonemaier Games will sue the government in federal court to restore their right to run their businesses free of illegal government interference, to reassert the proper limits of presidentia...

Folks, you should be aware of the most amazingly named lawsuit ever: "Princess Awesome & Stonemaier Games, et al. v. Customs"
This is a group of courageous small businesses suing Felon47 over his *illegal* tariff racket. ✊
Friends, we are suing President Trump and his administration for abuse of power. His tariffs, like almost everything he's doing, are blatantly unconstitutional & illegal.
Mischief v. Trump. Yes, we are suing the president.
Your friendly neighborhood toy store has joined a lawsuit against President Trump and his sweeping tariffs, which are illegal and unconstitutional.

Princess Awesome v. CBP is probably the greatest - and most awesome - case name ever!
Pacific Legal Foundation (major libertarian public interest law firm) has filed case challenging Trump's awful IEEPA tariffs, with awesome name of Princess Awesome v. CBP. Their case similar to that filed by Liberty Justice Center and me. Welcome to the fight! pacificlegal.org/case/tariffs...

I love paying TurboTax a few hundred bucks every year to figure out how much money I owe the government, which the government already knows, but won't tell me because TurboTax pays legislators to keep the government from telling me. 😻

TODAY WE MOBILIZED OVER 3 MILLION PEOPLE ACROSS THE NATION!!!

This movement has entered the next chapter: the people will mobilize again, and again, until we make a difference.

It only takes 3.5% of the population in a sustained resistance in order to make a difference.

he wants to abolish the income tax and fund the government almost entirely through tariffs, thereby delivering the most regressive bonanza to the rich in the history of American taxation. He has said this many many times. He said it *at the announcement* and yet pieces like this just ignore it.

Senator Jim Banks (R) isn’t sorry he told a fired federal worker “he probably deserved it”.

He went on to say the worker was “complaining about losing a left-wing woke job in the federal government that should have never been a job to begin with”.

The job was helping people with disabilities.

Man it is really hard to be living in the USA right now and getting news about how South Korea deposed their president for staging a coup and then their Supreme Court just said yup, definitely the right thing to do there.

Sorry Sen Hawley but you’ve been lied to. There’s no way to cut $880B from Medicaid without massive benefit cuts for millions of low-income Americans.
After a direct conversation with President Trump about Medicaid, Sen. Hawley voted to advance the Senate budget resolution. Trump told Hawley he will not sign a bill that cuts Medicaid benefits and that the bills will not cut Medicaid benefits

Those trying to understand the tariffs as economic policy are dangerously naive.

No, the tariffs are a tool to collapse our democracy. A means to compel loyalty from every business that will need to petition Trump for relief.
