absolutely correct tho I also think it’s good to engage in one of the most time-honored practices in human history: laughing at and reveling in the death of a powerful guy who never saw justice simply because he’s dead and we’re not. also, if we had communism, we could feel this same joy everyday
It’s truly tragic how many of these US war criminals like Cheney never face justice and die in their peacefully in their homes in their 80s and 90s. I want to be happy he is dead but I am not. The million people he killed didnt get the luxury to die how he did.

I think really the greatest loss in the great shortening of TV series across all countries is the complete erasure of slice of life/sitcom elements. Mecha was better when it was a slice of life too.
