Any of my (admittedly few) followers who want to contact their reps but have trouble with phone calls like myself, @resist.bot is a good resource to write up a letter and send it to your reps. It only took me a few minutes to send an email to my rep in the hopes he'll grow a heart and brain by 5:45.
The House Republican reconciliation bill will now ban both surgeries and HRT prescription under Medicaid for all Americans.
Earlier, I posted that it wouldn’t affect HRT. This is incorrect.
I was mistaken, because the bill refers to medications for trans people… as “procedures.”

Sick of seeing arguments about the inefficacy of collectively turning off the money faucet to someone who has personally funded global efforts to strip away the already-precarious rights and safety of trans folks. If you want to live that life, do it away from me and stop wasting time equivocating.

A thread of games I have finished in 2024:
1. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Master Quest
First and probably last time for this one. The updated dungeons became annoying slogs bogged down by finicky mechanics and obtuse puzzles by the end. The rest of the game is as good as ever, though.
