In 1997, a worker for the Canadian Yellow Pages made a Doom map based on his office, starring the company mascot character, Telly.
It was forgotten. Until recently.

I can't recommend this recipe enough.
It's a bit of a time suck but it really will make the smoothest hummus you've ever had.
Also, I replicated it with other legumes in variations for lower fat bean dips, and it worked wonders. God bless baking soda.

I can't recommend this recipe enough.
It's a bit of a time suck but it really will make the smoothest hummus you've ever had.
