They’ve actually got a plan-bottle it up-with sequels. The sequels: 1) vote it down, 2) if that fails the senate amends it requiring reconciliation or a house vote on the amended bill so they can kill it that way, 3) if it still makes it through, Trump vetoes because of ongoing investigation.
Mike Johnson says he's talked to Thune & he's "very confident that when this moves forward in the process - if & when it is processed in the Senate, which is no certainty - they will take the time methodically to do what we have not been allowed to do in the House. Their advice is also dangerously wrong! When one group of people must carry papers on them to avoid government kidnapping and disappearing, that means *all* people must carry such papers on them. How else can you show the government you're not someone they should kidnap and disappear?
