Re-reading this 2020 book by @swordsjew.bsky.social and finding it just as timely as it was the day it came out. Which is depressing tbh, but if we don't understand what we're up against, we can't fight it. And that's why this book is essential. (it's also wonderfully written)

my own position is that if, as seems likely to me to be the case, they don't back down under court order the coup has been completed and we are in counter-coup territory against an unconstitutional usurpation of the government of the united states, and should start talking like it
