DOE recently issued an RFI seeking input on its $12b AI initiative, FASST. Being a DOE-turned-AI person, I couldn't help but spend a few weekends writing a personal response which I've published (blog.glennklockwood.com/2024/11/fass...). Hopefully something in there is of interest!
