In 2013, BuzzFeed installed a cold brew machine in the NYC office. I was working in SF at the time. Just from watching the slack, I could tell something was off. People were WILDING OUT. Turns out, they were drinking pure concentrate. The person who set up the machine didn’t connect the water. 😳
