In my estimation, a lot of the people who have problems with Bluesky are so used to platforms just serving up the content buffet that they're unwilling to do the work to have a good experience here.

yeah this pushback is there for sure -- it generally starts with AI uses in medical applications. which are real, there's a lot to know, and also who gives a shit? those aren't going away! you can hate on AI alllllll day long and it's not going to negatively impact those good uses. let the hate flow
Seeing a little more capitulation lately, an attempted vibe shift of "being anti gAI is lame and whiny" "we should celebrate ethical uses", and respectfully, are you fucking insane?
