More to say on burnout and I'm probably going to boost it a few times because folks need to hear it:
Burnout is a form of brain damage. It happens when stress conditions persist until they damage our brains.

I really enjoyed Hellblade 2: Senua’s Saga. It’s a really affecting, deeply unsettling game but I think the best bit was when the main character started using my go-to facepaint.

It's important to understand Trump is much weaker than he and his cohort pretend. He's incompetent and now that he's older, very tired. So it's worth it to put energy into resisting him, because it will most likely work on multiple fronts.
