Massive explosion in Ezeiza, Buenes Aires, Argentina

Ezeiza’s mayor, Gastón Granados, said the cause of major explosion at the Spegazzini industrial park is still unknown.

The blast shattered windows in the area, including at the mayor’s home, and nearby families were evacuated.

Return the Black Hills to native people. Other places would also be good, don’t get me wrong, but there is so much mineral wealth in the Black Hills that deserves infinitely better stewardship and isn’t gonna get it as long as mining companies can just walk onto public land.

my wokest opinion is that land acknowledgements are fine. people knowing a little bit about the land you're on, even if one isn't invested in a land back project, is not particularly worse than the status quo, even if one comes by this info in a way that is somewhat cringe and forced
