It takes a village. Lee is also there.
You may have noticed my latest C64 repairs have not all gone to plan. So I asked a couple of very generous pals in @adriansdigitalbasement.com and @theretrochannel.bsky.social to lend a hand.
I picked their brains clean!

If you’ve enjoyed my videos over the last few years I’d love to see you at my live shows. My tour starts in a month and sales have been slower than last year - probably partly because I’m not on X anymore. But it’s a fun show and I’d love more people to see it! www.livenation.co.uk/matt-green-t...

Had a fantastic time at The Woodcraft Folk #camp100 celebrations, many thanks to the organisers for all their hard work. It had a great festival feel. Loved meeting people of all ages and I even remembered some names too!

It's done! I have just released the Compendium version of #Elite for the #Acorn #Electron.

This massively enhanced version of the original game contains pretty much every feature of #BBCMicro Elite, but on the Electron. Just add 16K of sideways RAM.

Links in thread.

Oof feeling gloomy today. Really feel post WWII folks tried to setup things to stop that kind of thing happening again and it's just been slowly demolished in the decades since as just wasteful red-tape and all that, so here we are again...

I went down a rabbit hole.

Looking at Google's search results, the individual film review of Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning that it's given the most prominence to isn't from a big outlet. It's from someone who appears to have written two movie reviews in their life.

Google, and the mystery of its top-ranked Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning review
The most prominent review of Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning via Google search is, well, something of a mystery.

... please keep in mind they're not, becuase that would have required work. Instead just did:

Made my own little trace finding, continuity testing brush probe out of some old multi core electrical cable. Just soldered the ends together and attached to a banana jack lead, works quite well, happy with that.
