Good morning.

Today is the 80th day that the U.S. President is running a backdoor bribery scheme in which any CEO or foreign oligarch can send him money secretly through his crypto coin scam in exchange for favors.

It's the biggest scandal in the history of the Presidency.

Good day to remember that a US President has no inherent power over tariffs whatsoever. It’s not like war powers or pardons. It’s entirely delegated by Congress to deal with emergencies. GOP Congress cld modify that law tonight and bring this to a screeching halt.

We don't have journalists anymore. We have REPORTERS, and they report what they are told to report.

You know what I would love to see? I would love to see a longform piece explaining tariffs, trade deficits, their impact on economies, how they have been dealt with historically, and how to understand them so we all better understand what’s going on.

Apartheid Clyde a petty, dangerous, incompetent man but what always amuses me is how no one likes him and he can’t even buy his way into getting people to like him. He can’t buy a good sense of humor or good looks or good reputation.

Thank you, @booker.senate.gov and staff!

@booker.senate.gov, after 24 hours, is more coherent than Trump after 10 seconds. #corybooker

In 24 mins @booker.senate.gov beats racist Strom Thurmond’s record for holding the Senate floor. Of course Thurmond was speaking out in OPPOSITION to the Civil Rights Act while Booker is trying to save Democracy. Kudos to him and his staff. The planning. The execution. Chef's kiss!

I just called @senbooker's office to thank him for his efforts to protect our democracy and shed light on the damage the Trump administration is perpetuating on the American people and the world. Give him a call, too!

If you’re a journalist or lawmaker still planning to attend the White House Correspondents Dinner after WHCA cancelled Amber Ruffin to placate a petty tyrant, you need to dig deep and ask yourself why you’re really still going because it sure as hell isn’t to celebrate the First Amendment.

Listen everyone. I’ve see classified stuff before. This in the Atlantic is the kind of stuff that gets the highest classification.

I had to have TS clearance to hear the names of the people we targeted in Iraq when i was with TF16 and 17. And still some names were withheld until op was over….

One more thing. Democrats need to grow a set immediately. If this script was flipped, and this was Biden’s national security team, the Republicans would be screaming from the rooftops about treason.
Make some fucking noise. Hold hearings. Demand resignations and a full response.

And we’re also supposed to believe the denial of the NYT’s well-sourced story that Hegseth was going to have Musk briefed on our war plans for China?

Anyone with enough power to launch a ddos attack that takes down X also knows not to do so from easily traceable computers.
In an interview on Fox Business Network, Elon Musk blamed the X outage today on a cyberattack with IP addresses coming from Ukraine. He has not provided any further evidence.
