Very odd and questionably lawful prior restraint order out of Texas. The honor society Phi Theta Kappa is trying to prevent a critic named Toni Market from publishing a free book. They just got this bizarre order from a Texas judge prior-restraining it.

When it comes to this "proof of citizenship" stuff, I find myself leaning more towards making it easier to have copies of one's birth certificate/passport/immigration papers on hand. It's just a solid foundation to have in general.

I'm in a strange spot when it comes to these tarriffs. I'm just uneducated enough about economics to understand why the numbers would "make sense" in the admin's heads, but aware enough of expert opinion to know why they're stupid and an economic shotgun to the face.
