President Trump doesn’t care about fraud.

If he cared, he would have supported the HHS agency tasked with rooting out Medicaid and Medicare fraud instead of refusing to fill vacant positions.

This is a pretense to attack Democratic-led states, pure and simple.

We’re suing Rady Children’s Health for violating its legal obligations to preserve access to gender-affirming care for patients under 19.
